Delivery & Refund Policy

Deliveries

At Weyron Technologies OÜ, all products and services are delivered exclusively via electronic means. No physical delivery is required.



Right of Withdrawal

In accordance with the EU Consumer Rights Directive (2011/83/EU) and the Estonian Consumer Protection Act:

  • The BUYER has the right to withdraw from this Agreement within 14 days of purchase, without providing any reason, provided the service has not yet been fully performed.

  • The right of withdrawal does not apply to digital content and services that are delivered electronically and fully executed after the BUYER has given explicit consent and acknowledged the loss of the withdrawal right.



Refunds

  • If delivery of a purchased service or digital product is delayed by more than 7 days beyond the agreed timeframe, the BUYER is entitled to request a refund.

  • For electronically provided services and products, eligible purchases qualify for a refund within 15 days after payment, unless the service has already been fully delivered with the BUYER’s consent.

  • Refunds will be processed using the same payment method originally used by the BUYER, unless otherwise agreed.



Returns

Since all products and services are provided electronically, no physical returns are required. Refunds and cancellations are handled in accordance with the provisions outlined in the Right of Withdrawal section.
